You wrote in the Discussion that ”serologically confirmed cases of influenza are only part of the spectumof clinical effectiveness.“ Furthermore, it would be helpful if you had explained the difference between influenza and influenza-likeillness in the abstract. Also, the title of the synopsis is inaccurate. Why say ”not enough evidence“ when there are so many trials inyour review?
